About Me

My photo
We met May 22, 2010 and enjoy going through life together even on the bad days because they make the best ones even better! We enjoy cake and going on walks. Contradictory, we know. We ride horses, play chess, and try to make room for homework.

Be God's Angel

Have you ever read those strories that reach deep in your soul and you want to make the world a better place? You look around and your hey the church! Well I think we should add another way to help. Since I am more favored to women that need help in 3rd world countries I found the perfect place. It is called KIVA, there are widowed, single, and just trying to have a meal women and families. There are groups of women sometimes tha tban together to make a small business. This one lady had her husband hit by a car and he passed to heaven. So she was left with 3 small children and no income. But KIVA helps her by giving her a little money so she make and sell beaded clothes, bags, and other accesories to women in her tribe/ community. This website is not a jip off, it is used world wide. People from all over the world are donating through this website.
Step 1 :Go to www.kiva.org
Step 2: Click on "Register" (you can remain anonymous)
Step 3: Pick the lucky person and donate!
What happens is when you donate Kiva keeps track of who you donated to and how much you gave. After a little while the person you donated to will pay you back in full. Kiva will give you the choice of putting it back in your pocket or giving it away again. :D We really need to do this. There is no coincidence I learned about it, so take action and help those who have prayed for help. Be the angel.

I've heard of this before. It's really cool! The nice thing is you don't have to donate a lot if you can't. 25$ even helps. Great Post!

Hey, we do Kiva loans, too! It really is awesome, a little bit helps a lot! I love how you know specifically who it's going to, their story, etc.
