About Me

My photo
We met May 22, 2010 and enjoy going through life together even on the bad days because they make the best ones even better! We enjoy cake and going on walks. Contradictory, we know. We ride horses, play chess, and try to make room for homework.

Encrypted Messages

Law Enforcement and the Obama administration are trying to pass a law where they can wiretap through programs on the internet. This will give them power to dissect encrypted messages in the programs and catch more criminals. But there are many problems with what they are trying to enforce. If the law is passed then programs such as "Twitter" "Facebook" "Myspace" and others have to redo their support system and take some features off it. The problem I have with this is that the government will take their opportunities too far eventually and use that power in a way that is negative. This also reminds me of Hitler and how he watched people and influenced them through communication sytems. Is that too extreme? I believe it is a little bit but there is some similarity there. I found this article in the NY Times check it out: http://www.nytimes.com/2010/09/27/us/27wiretap.html?pagewanted=2&_r=1&adxnnl=1&partner=rss&emc=rss&src=igw&adxnnlx=1285599761-Qe%20MVsu%20mE4tD%20oE8IYGGQ

I'm liking Obama less and less every day.

I can see that he wants to make changes but the problem is that you can't do that over 4 years. He filled our country with empty promises and he used hope against us in his election. He does do some good things but he isn't focusing well on things.
