About Me

My photo
We met May 22, 2010 and enjoy going through life together even on the bad days because they make the best ones even better! We enjoy cake and going on walks. Contradictory, we know. We ride horses, play chess, and try to make room for homework.

Stages

So I'm going to college soon and it is so weird to think. But I'm excited for my classes, especially my art and science class. I'm a little weary who my roomy will be. I had dream that I got stuck with a molly mormon. HA! That won't work. I'm not saying I'm a total evil kid but I hate following the rules so closely. I got all my stuff paid for, I'm set to go. Except I still need to go shopping for clothes. ) : I hate shopping for clothes unless I get it for dirt cheap I don't even try it on. I leave September 2nd to go there and we are driving...woohoo... I just hope we don't kill eachother along the way. I realized that I can't take my books with me which is really sad for me. I love books so much, yes they have a library. But there is something different when it's yours and I reread mine all the time. I'm not too excited for the college itself I don't really want to go to there. I wanted to go to provo. But life threw me a curve ball. So I'm just gonna bite the bullet and take one for the team.

Hey Jessica!

I saw that you asked me a question about keeping text books on my blog and was trying to figure out how to contact you when I stumbled across your blog!! I didn't know you had created one. Anyway, to answer your question, I think that keeping books is pointless unless you know that you need them for another class (as is often the case with college level calculus). I kept a few of the political science books that I really liked and never ended up looking at them again--now I wish I had sold them!! Oh well, such is life. Anyway, have fun at college!! We leave Sept. 2nd too! Good luck with everything and send our love to your "redneck" family!! haha.

You are gonna have so much fun. Just remember that if your roommate really is a molly mormon you can still have fun with her--like practical jokes and stuff. Ralph and I just went to the goodwill and I bought a few dresses. Real cheap and no one really care about where you get the clothes once you go to college.

Oh and I agree with Rochelle. Wait at least 2 or 3 weeks until you get married, okay?

Hey Jess, it's Megan. Even if you end up with a Molly, it will work out- trust me. Mollys are better than the other ones. I can't believe you work 71 HOURS and celebrated your bday 10 DAYS LATE!!!! What the heck? And 5 broken hearts??? I want to hear about this!!!
