About Me

We met May 22, 2010 and enjoy going through life together even on the bad days because they make the best ones even better! We enjoy cake and going on walks. Contradictory, we know. We ride horses, play chess, and try to make room for homework.

Boring Update

Well I am almost half way through with college :/ ikes! I have one more semester then I will be officially half way through. College turned out alot worse than I expected. Because in High School well the one that I attended, I never really had to work for something. Things were really easy there. Then I entered college and I am no longer the smartest kid in class. Instead I have rivals to get attention of the professor. Sometimes I get confused on how to fulfill what they assign us. My beginning quality to my professors was "slacker." I have never felt so insulted when they told me this. Of course it was all sugar coated but I knew what they were saying. They tell me that I have to do double the work of my peers to get an A+ on that paper instead of a B. At first I thought I wouldnt make it but I pushed myself so far I even impressed my professors. My math teacher recently told me to quite his class because I wasn't "capable" of passing. As I was leaving his office I turned to him and said, "My name is Jessica Gardner and nothing is impossible. I will pass this class and you will be amazed." And I walked out. I am sure he sat there stunned for a couple minutes but I was mad. I passed his class and he said he has never seen anyone fail the first half of class then shoot off like a rocket. I passed that class and when it ended I said my favorite three little words, "Told you so." He smiled and said goodbye. But I have learned that its ok ot pull an all nighter and to out a little BS in your projects and that the professors fall for it. I learned that I need a schedule book at school. Otherwise I am running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I learned its ok to kick inatimate objects when frustrated at a blank page on your computer. And when you get the urge to ask a question just ask. Even if others think its dumb ask it anyways. I also learned it is awkward to see your professors at Wal Mart and you are in middle of a sword fight with your roomies. And I like it so much that I wont quite. I love proving my professors wrong when they say that things are unachievable. To see a person who is well into their 40's just stare at you because you said the truth or that you figured out a solution and a cheat to something they couldn't figure out. I cheated in math class all semester. I never did the process the teacher required of me I figured out a new way how to do it that was fool proof. My math teacher's jaw dropped when I did it on the board he whispered I quote "Thats impossible." I smirked and said "Clearly it isn't and you can do it too if you doubt me." He tried for 30 minutes to make my process fail but it only proved it's success he then took notes how to do it and taught others my process. PS I am a genius :D
